Placing an "order"

Once you have decided about the web design you would like to purchase, contact me through my contact page (phone or e-mail)

Payment for Web Design

Immediate payment is preferred. All others may follow a fee schedule set by the designer as well as a 25% non refundable fee to start work and/or to place you on the waiting list. A 50% fee of the total amount owed will be due at the start of the project and the remainder will be due once the final artwork or site template is approved. We accept credit cards and money orders. If the client ends a project due to no fault of the designer, kill fees will apply of 30% the total value of the project plus the fee of any part of the site already rendered. Defaulting on the payment schedule will cancel all the work on the site and no refund will be issued.

Deadline

For logos my deadline is 48 hours. A commercial web site can take from 2 weeks to 30 days following the specifications of the design. Logos, are delivered first.
For other projects you need to pay a fee at the discretion of the designer. I provide support for 30 days following the last delivery of the work.

Logos/Illustrations/Web Sites

If you will be displaying your logo and artwork on your web site, a link must be placed crediting me, regardless of print/ownership license. This link shall not be removed by the site owner or third party. Those found in violation will have their print/ownership licenses revoked and sites taken down for copyright infringement. Editing the logo or illustration, animations, templates, editing through any type of software which distorts or changes the artwork from its original state or any edited artwork by anyone else except me, will be asked to be taken down and the only exception to this rule is the print/ownership license regarding ONLY to the logo. All artwork rendered will be displayed in my portfolio as reference. All artwork not chosen by you, the client, remain property of the designer.

Licensing

The print/ownership license only gives you ownership of the logo and not to the illustrations made for your project.  However, printing rights are given to the illustrations. Once payment and terms are set, the artwork is converted in printable formats and made available to you for the purpose of promoting YOUR business. Any work found abandoned will return to the designer. Any work found on someone else`s site other than the client will be subject of copyright infringement.

Revisions

Revisions are any modification or changes done to your logo, template or artwork that will alter its original state. All logo packages have 10 revisions. If you need more revisions than that, a $55 fee will apply for 10 more revisions. This is non-negotiable fee and logos will not be revised unless this fee is paid. If you choose not to proceed with the logo package purchased at this point, you will NOT be entitled to any refunds. If changes are needed due to an oversight on my part you will not be penalized.
